Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms, together with the ph697 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on ph697.cam, form the entire agreement between you and ph697 governing your use of the platform.

3.4 Account Transfers. ph697 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring account access to another person is prohibited. Account balances may not be transferred between ph697 accounts.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request the closure of their ph697 account at any time by contacting ph697 support through the platform's live chat or email channel. Pending bonus requirements must be addressed and outstanding withdrawals processed before account closure is finalized.

Section 4

Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. ph697 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). ph697 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at ph697 is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction in the ph697 Cashier.

4.3 Deposit Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph697 account belong to you and are derived from legitimate sources. Depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine government authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine AMLA provisions applicable to PAGCOR licensees.

4.4 Deposit Currency. All transactions on ph697 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, with applicable conversion fees borne by the player.

Withdrawals

5.4 Withdrawal Fees. ph697 does not charge fees on player withdrawals. Standard fees imposed by payment providers (e.g., bank transfer fees, blockchain network gas fees) may apply and are borne by the player.

5.5 Withdrawal Holds. ph697 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending verification of the transaction, completion of outstanding KYC requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. ph697 will notify the player of any hold within 24 hours and will resolve the hold as expeditiously as practicable.

5.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Section 7

Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ph697 is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. ph697 does not compensate for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. Account Suspension & Termination

• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

12.2 ph697 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ph697 platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost profits, or loss of data, even if ph697 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 ph697 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and ph697 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

12.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit ph697's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph697's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction. You and ph697 consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out below.

13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ph697, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact ph697's support team via live chat or email within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ph697 will investigate and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
2. Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution mechanism for licensed operators. ph697 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-facilitated mediation process.
3. Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the courts of the Philippines.

13.4 Time Limitation. Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of ph697 or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, regardless of any applicable statute of limitations under Philippine law. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

Amendments to These Terms
